This page has been created to keep members abreast of the evolving COVID-19 situation and its impact on the association. Updates, reports and resources will be contributed frequently so please continue to check back regularly.  Many of our services will continue to operate with the exception of group gatherings according to the directives set by our Provincial Medical Health Officer.

COVID-19 Messages, Reports & Important Information

Read STLA President's Message to Members (16 March 2020)

Read STLA Executive Director's Message to Members (20 April 2020)

Our membership is very broad-based, open to lawyers both inside and outside the province, and also to law and articling students, judges, and non-lawyers in special categories. In light of COVID-19 we are concerned that articling students enrolled in the Law Society of Saskatchewan's CPLED Program may encounter difficulties. To this end, the STLA Board of Governors has approved free memberships for all current students enrolled in the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 programs.
