Summary
In Session Two of this three-part series on the shifting paradigms in the speed trial and damages, Joe Fried shows how to work with different types of witnesses. He will cover liability witnesses, such as the police officer, eye-witness, and expert; medical summary witness; doctor; life care planner; economist; before and after witness; and your client.
He will discuss how the new paradigm impacts your approach to the hard parts of your case, editing depositions for use at trial, cross examination, jury selection, opening statement, and closing argument.
