President's Message

Welcome to the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association website (STLA).  The STLA is made up of lawyers and judges dedicated to the administration of justice and the advancement of citizens’ rights through education and advocacy.  Membership in the STLA now numbers 380.

The STLA provides a wealth of resources for its members including various listserves and a website that provides various PJI and other calculators, databanks, expert witness lists, document folders and various other electronic resources.  In addition, the STLA presents two major conferences in each year as well as short educational seminars on a monthly basis and publishes The Saskatchewan Advocate on a quarterly basis.

Membership in the STLA enables members to access mentorship opportunities, to stay informed and engaged in matters of importance to them and to connect to our sister organizations across Canada and the United States.

The STLA strives to serve its membership in ways that enable our members to become better advocates and thus to better serve the public.  If you are not yet a member, I invite you to join and help make a difference to your profession.
