Conference location: all plenary sessions will be held in the Salon AB (upper level).  Individual track sessions will take place in Gallery A, B, C and Gallery Suite I (main level)

TCU Place is located at #35, 22^nd Street E. Saskatoon,

On-site registration: begins at 8:00 – 9:00 am outside Salon AB (upper level).

Name tags: will be provided for all registered guests.

Conference times: conference begins at 9:00 am with the opening address/introductions at 8:45 am. The conference portion closes at 4:30 PM.

The STLA 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held in the Salon AB (upper level).

Complimentary Wi-Fi: TCU Place offers complimentary Wi-Fi in the event rooms, reception rooms, and adjacent hallways and entrances.  A Wi-Fi code will be provided at the event.

Lunch: buffet networking luncheon will be provided along with coffee/tea and light snacks for morning and afternoon breaks. 

Dress: Business casual. As it is sometimes hard to predict the room temperature, please dress in layers if you tend to be cold/hot.

Parking: Pay parking is available across 22nd Street at the Midtown above ground or underground parking facilities.  The underground car park is attached to TCU Place. Also, there is parking located to the immediate West of TCU Place, which can be accessed from Idylwyld Drive.

Accommodations: are available at The Holiday Inn, located directly across 22nd street from TCU Place.

Conference Registration:
Deadline: Friday April 25, 2025

Written cancellations received at the STLA office before Friday April 25, 2025 will be refunded subject to a $50 administration fee.  After Friday April 25, 2025, requests for refunds will not be honoured.  Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  Last minute substitutions will be accepted subject to space availability; please contact the STLA prior to the conference to advise of the name of the substitute.
